ProAV Solutions Engineer

Role Overview:

The ProAV Solutions Engineer is essential in guaranteeing that the project specifications provided to clients are meticulously designed and executed. This role is pivotal in aligning with customer requirements and safeguarding LDI from any technical oversights that could lead to financial loss or damage to our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Proficiency: Acquire an in-depth understanding of the ProAV product line, including features, functionalities, and technical specifications. Remain informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
  • Sales Support and System Design: Work closely with the sales team to deliver pre-sales technical assistance, including system architecture and hardware specifications. Aid in crafting actionable statements of work for Project Managers.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Educate sales personnel on the technical dimensions of our products and services, empowering them to manage support inquiries and potential implementations effectively. Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance internal product knowledge.
  • Internal Collaboration: Foster and sustain robust relationships with internal stakeholders through consistent communication and support. Serve as a conduit between manufacturers and internal teams, addressing technical issues and ensuring effective problem resolution.
  • Post-Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the project manager during the implementation phase, focusing on ProAV setup and configuration. Provide technical support post-sales as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with ProAV technologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with all members of the ProAV and general sales teams to drive revenue growth.
