Role Overview

As a Recruiting Consultant at Michael Page, you will engage in a role that is diverse, stimulating, and challenging on a daily basis.

This position will enhance your interpersonal and commercial skills, offering genuine opportunities for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation.
- Oversee the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and closure of sale.
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates using various online resources.

- Establish strong partnerships with clients to aid their business growth by creating and delivering optimal solutions for attracting candidates.

- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly assess candidates.
- Mentor and guide entry-level sales consultants within the office.
- Participate in the proposal process by developing and presenting proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

- Exceptional written communication skills, being articulate, and a strong note-taker and listener.
- A minimum of 6 months in a recruitment or sales development role.
- Experience in prospecting is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).

- A positive mindset and a drive to succeed; you thrive on challenges and have a proven track record of consistently meeting quotas or objectives.

- A strong desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results and grow as a sales professional.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent.
