Job Summary

Intercommunity Action I seeks a skilled Trauma-Informed Therapy Provider to deliver therapeutic services to children aged 4-17 in a community-based outpatient clinic setting. This role requires a qualified professional with expertise in trauma-informed care and a strong commitment to providing high-quality services.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters-level degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work) or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure in a clinical discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
