Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Trauma Recovery Counselor to join our team at Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs. This role involves working with individuals and families affected by trauma, providing supportive services and promoting healing.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness through observation and feedback
  • Participate in data collection as part of standard intake and follow-up procedures
  • Collaborate with the treatment team and organization
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, therapy, counseling, or related field
  • Two years of experience in trauma recovery and counseling
  • Effective communication and public speaking skills
