Adult Outpatient Counselor Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Adult Outpatient Counselor to join our team at Intercommunity Action I. As a critical component of our clinical services, you will provide trauma-informed therapy to diverse adult populations in community-based settings.

About the Position:
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed treatment plans for adult clients.
  • Engage identified support systems in treatment with client consent.
  • Complete all mandatory training to maintain state, CBH, and NIAC credentialing.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in a Human Services field.
  • Previous experience providing behavioral health therapy to adults (desired).
  • Clinical license not required but preferred.
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
