**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our community team. As an SLP at Discovery Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide individualized speech therapy sessions to students with various communication needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique goals of each student.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff members to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current/active Pennsylvania SLP license.

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

• CCC-SLP accreditation.
