  • Assist with Member Onboarding

    • Provide guidance and support to members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide Product and Service Information
    • Provide members with information about Navy Federal's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards.
    • Help members understand the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations
    • Ensure that all member interactions are conducted in accordance with Navy Federal's policies and procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • Familiarity with deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards.
    • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
