  • Provide Product and Service Information
    • Provide members with information about Navy Federal's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards.
    • Help members understand the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations
    • Ensure that all member interactions are conducted in accordance with Navy Federal's policies and procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Provide exceptional service to members through clear and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service or Financial Services
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
    • Familiarity with deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards.
    • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
