Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members to identify their needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases.
  • Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
  • Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
  • Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
