Quality Improvement Coordinator Job Summary
Archbold Medical Center is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for organization-wide quality improvement programs, regulatory reporting, and data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Current Georgia R.N. License
- Minimum three (3) years hospital clinical experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and JCAHO requirements
