Manufacturing Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend and implement process improvements for legacy and new product introduction (NPI) parts.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for machining and inspection processes.
- Oversee CMM inspections, ensuring accuracy in data reporting and corrective actions for quality deviations.
- Conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products and lead corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Desired Skills:
- Senior-level experience in machining manufacturing and processing.
- Hands-on experience in a machine shop environment.
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong ability to create and implement work instructions.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to the nature of the work.
