Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our White Plains branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, organizing operational activities, and executing the branch sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of branch staff and manage their performance
  • Develop and execute the branch sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure a qualified pool of talent
  • Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L)
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes for operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5 years of related experience, including sales and leadership roles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
