Neurovascular Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and implementing unit policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on neurovascular care and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
