Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and excellent patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
