About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Home and Ambulatory Infusion Clinician. As a member of our Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services team, you will provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Act as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare workers to promote quality patient care.
  • Act as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in this location.
  • 1 year Experience in acute care nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Home health or home infusion experience.
