Home Health Care Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team in Spokane Valley. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support to promote self-care and independence.
  • Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize care outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing patient needs and adapting to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
