Customer Experience Host

Nibll is seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team. As a Customer Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless events.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients, answer questions about menu items, and provide feedback to the kitchen staff.
- Catering Coordination: Coordinate catering logistics, including driving from the main kitchen to the client location and gathering necessary supplies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check with customers during meals to gauge their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
- Friendly Personality: Possess a warm and outgoing personality, essential for building rapport with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interactions with clients and kitchen staff.
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety guidelines is mandatory to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
