Job Title: Call Center Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team at Fred Anderson Toyota. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
