Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team at iAnthus. As a key member of our patient-centric team, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, maintaining compliance with state and local laws, and providing exceptional patient services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Accurately complete patient intake forms and maintain compliance with all local and state regulations.
  • Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program and maintain proper recordkeeping.
  • Provide timely feedback to Dispensary General and Assistant Managers on patient interactions and concerns.
  • Participate in one-minute meetings to ensure uniformity in message and goals, and consistently deliver excellent patient services.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
