About the Role

The Dispensary Associate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for our patients. This individual will be responsible for assisting with patient intake, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Services: Engage with patients in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient intake forms, cash handling records, and chain of custody documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and local laws and regulations, maintaining a compliant and secure environment.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in monthly product inventory reviews, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dispensary Manager and Retail Operations team to achieve company initiatives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, rotating shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds.
