Golden Touch ABA is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Certified Behavior Analyst. The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to assisting individuals facing behavioral challenges and will take charge of evaluating, crafting, and executing tailored treatment strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral requirements and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
- Develop and regularly update ABA curriculum plans.
- Create behavior intervention strategies.
- Offer guidance and oversight to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Engage in regular meetings with the treatment team to review progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to establish and execute treatment plans.
- Conduct clinical reviews of reports and session documentation consistently.
- Evaluate ABA data and apply data-informed modifications to programs.
- Draft reports summarizing data and progress for each client under supervision.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must hold a license from the state of Utah as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Preferred minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA therapy.
- Proficient in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering positive outcomes.
- Basic Life Support certification is required or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling to client locations as needed.
