Job Overview

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional therapy services to children with autism, enriching their lives and promoting a positive and supportive culture for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication, and life skills to children with autism
  • Collaborate with and learn from top clinical minds in the field, preparing you for a career in a variety of healthcare, behavioral health, or educational fields
  • Work one-on-one with children to provide exceptional therapy services and support

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with children with autism and their families
