Join HealthEquity as a Support Service Analyst III and play a critical role in ensuring seamless contract renewals and management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and internal partners to navigate complex contracting processes and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a subject matter expert in contracting and related areas, driving process improvement and defining best practices.
  • Work with multiple products/platforms and know how they interconnect regarding contracting and the renewal process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal service organization to guide them through a change event that includes contracting as needed.
  • Mentor other members of the team and serve as a subject matter expert for our Client Facing Teams on Contracting within Salesforce.
  • Proactively work with department leadership to identify effective communication tools, processes, and policies; implementing as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 7 years' equivalent service experience in HealthCare, Finance, or Insurance Industries.
  • In-depth understanding of HealthEquity functionality, including knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Can understand and interpret various data sources to drive key business decisions.
