OVERVIEW

Novate Legal Search is in pursuit of a highly experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 10 years in the legal field and a distinguished history of achieving multiple jury verdicts.

The successful candidate will have served as the lead attorney in at least five trials, bringing extensive knowledge, skill, and commitment to our practice.

Our firm emphasizes diligence, thorough discovery, and proactive communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead major trial initiatives as the primary attorney, guiding the litigation team.

Formulate and enhance trial strategies to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Conduct comprehensive legal research to ensure our cases are grounded in solid legal principles.

Provide specialized knowledge in Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings, and Multi-District Litigation.

Engage directly with external legal counsel, representing the firm and its clients in critical negotiations and discussions.

Draft, review, and improve complex legal documents, including motions and oppositions addressing intricate legal matters.

Represent the firm in court proceedings, presenting motions and oppositions with clarity and confidence.

Conduct thorough depositions of key witnesses, including PMK witnesses, apex employees, and various experts.

Continuously identify and suggest enhancements in client communication and case management practices.

Collaborate with team members to develop policies, optimize processes, and implement innovative improvements.

Address and resolve complex legal challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and favorable outcomes.

Oversee timely reporting, maintaining meticulous records and compliance with deadlines.

Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Managing Partner or Partner.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as an Attorney, with a record of multiple jury verdicts.

J.D. degree from an accredited law institution and active membership in the California Bar.

Proven expertise in client communication and relationship management.

Proficient in MS Office, attorney timekeeping software, and client file management systems.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Familiarity with standard office equipment.

Physical capability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
