RSC2 Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to provide subject matter expertise in ensuring the delivery of critical intelligence and electronic warfare capabilities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work with intel and electronic warfare analysts to characterize adversary electronic orders of battle, conduct analysis, and implement state-of-the-art processing technologies tailored for application to RF data processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs.
  • Participate in algorithmic design and machine learning frameworks, including classification and identification techniques.
  • Conceive new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems.
  • Identify existing or potential problems and provide engineering advice and guidance.
  • Coordinate and support all aspects of EW operations, including planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's in electrical engineering or similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Warfare
  • Expertise in electronic warfare systems and operations, including jamming, deception, and exploitation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in X-Midas, MATLAB, Python, and other relevant software tools
  • Experience with GEOINT, MASINT, technical signals exploitation, modeling, and simulation
  • Expertise in geolocation, intelligence reporting, and commonly used analysis tool suites
