Job Summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-demand technical expertise in Digital Transformation, Modeling and Simulation, Rapid Capability Development, Test and Evaluation, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy, Cybersecurity, and Mission Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Alternatives and develop requirements for system of systems and system level performance specification development.
Identify, exploit, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain configuration management using Digital Environments (DE) and included engineering tools.
Participate in the development and execution of test strategies.
Lead and work on multi-functional/multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience applying SE principles. Fewer years of experience will be considered based on complexity and success of the experience.
Experience in DoD acquisition programs. Army experience preferred.
Experience with evaluating projects using different methods and options to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets the required specifications.
