Join us at FLSmidth as a Production Assembler, where you will focus on the refurbishment of pumps and cyclones.

By becoming part of our Professional Services team, you will engage in a dynamic and rapidly expanding service sector.

Your contributions will be supported by both your manager and colleagues, as we work together to enhance and expand our installed PCV service business.


Your responsibilities include:
Reviewing assigned work orders to ensure the correct parts, documentation, drawings, engineering specifications, and requisitions are in order.
Executing instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic forms.
Collaborating with team members to foster continuous improvement in products and services.
Conducting inspections of assembled PCV components to verify compliance with specifications and dimensional accuracy.

Ensuring that all workshop activities are performed safely and in accordance with relevant safety regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a workshop setting with rotating equipment, overhead cranes, and forklift operations.
A strong mechanical aptitude coupled with a positive attitude.
Providing constructive feedback to your manager regarding quality concerns and suggestions for enhancements in products and processes.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as necessary.

What you bring to the table:
A High School Diploma or GED
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, along with an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Familiarity with pump and cyclone refurbishments would be advantageous.
Ability to interpret blueprints effectively.
Solid understanding of various measuring instruments and rotating tools.
