JOB OBJECTIVE:
To construct high-quality medical devices with precision and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute manual assembly tasks in accordance with established protocols.
2. Maintain the vision and core values of Spectrum Plastics Master.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent, along with successful completion of a basic skills assessment.
- May necessitate formal training and certification in specific areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify errors, procedural deviations, and defective components.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to understand and adhere to safety and quality standards set by the company.
- Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

Preferred:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Operates under direct supervision. Primary responsibilities typically do not require independent decision-making.

Involves light physical activity, primarily standing and working on the assembly line, where personal protective equipment is mandatory.

This position may require flexible working hours and the ability to work in proximity to chemicals.
