Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Assembler, your primary duties will include:

  • Manual assembly and operation of automated assembly machinery.
  • Hand soldering and utilizing automated testing equipment.
  • Inspecting and repairing various products.
  • Setting up machines and lines, performing feeder repairs, and conducting first-line preventative maintenance.
Additional Duties

Other responsibilities may encompass:

  • Operating assembly machines and fabricating components using pre-set tools and fixtures.
  • Reviewing and reworking components and assemblies as necessary.
  • Executing hand soldering of Through Hole, SMT, or Flex products with precision.
  • Preparing wires through cutting, stripping, twisting, and soldering, as well as fastening components to printed wiring boards and connectors.
  • Cleaning parts and placing components during production processes.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training in electronics and mechanics is preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in electrical assembly.
  • Familiarity with product quality standards, soldering specifications, and SMT processing.
  • Proficiency in setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly and soldering equipment.

Compensation and Benefits
