Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategic production plans to achieve financial targets

  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for production workflows
  • Ensure production capacity aligns with sales volume requirements
  • Manage the annual operating budget and track performance indicators
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of plant assets
  • Elevate technical and managerial skills within the facility
  • Set performance benchmarks for supervisors and implement enhancement strategies
  • Create efficient work schedules to fulfill customer demands and plant goals
  • Collaborate with procurement to establish quality criteria for raw materials
  • Lead projects aimed at developing and refining products and processes in partnership with Quality/R&D
  • Oversee the management of off-spec materials and product reprocessing
  • Maintain and update formulation data systems and product recipes
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in a food-grade manufacturing environment
  • Experience in dairy processing, evaporators, and/or drying technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in manufacturing operations and business management software
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am
