Job Responsibilities

Key Duties

As a Radiologic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.
  • Utilizing advanced imaging technology and maintaining operational knowledge of equipment.
  • Administering contrast media and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
  • Documenting all relevant clinical information accurately and timely.
  • Producing high-quality images for interpretation by medical professionals.
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare colleagues.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment.
  • Participating in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications

Required Credentials

  • Completion of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current ARRT certification in CT.
  • Active Florida Department of Health licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting and moving patients.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting preferred.
