TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team as a Mobile Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment in Largo, Florida.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiologic Technologist to work as a Traveling CT Technologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging procedures, and results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
- At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
