Memorial Sloan Kettering's Magnet-recognized Nursing Department comprises nearly 5,000 highly qualified nursing professionals, including over 600 nurse practitioners, 40 clinical nurse specialists, and 32 nurse educators.

Work Schedule:
Full-time - 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking candidates for two openings.

You Are:
Proactive and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and opportunities.

Skilled in building strong relationships with clients and delivering patient-centered solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
Engage within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
Facilitate the enrollment of suitable patients in clinical trials.
Coordinate patient care activities and oversee studies for participants in clinical trials.
Educate patients and their families about clinical trials in general and the specifics of the proposed studies.

Serve as a vital member of the clinical research team, providing direct nursing care, conducting patient and study assessments, and offering education and support to patients and their families.

Collaborate with the principal investigator to evaluate new protocols from a nursing perspective and participate in multidisciplinary discussions for approval.

Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for patients throughout various treatment stages and follow-up.


Qualifications:
New York State RN license and BSN
Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience
Oncology nursing experience preferred
Clinical research nursing experience preferred, but not mandatory
Proficient in clinical and office software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)

BCLS Certification
