Job Summary

Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Credit Manager to drive the growth of our private label credit programs. As a key member of our credit team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase credit sales and improve profitability across our assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Credit Performance: Analyze market trends and develop plans to generate improved, consistent, and sustainable credit sales results.
  • Lead Credit Sales Behaviors: Implement credit sales behaviors, tools, and technology improvement initiatives across assigned areas.
  • Coach and Develop Store Leadership: Provide coaching and guidance to store leadership and associates to improve credit sales and customer service.
  • Facilitate In-Store Training: Deliver training on credit customer benefits, sales behaviors, tools, and processes to ensure a consistent, best-in-class experience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales results and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership roles within retail.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to analyze credit and sales data and develop strategic solutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Team Building: Proven problem-solving and team building skills, with the ability to lead and influence change.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated retail sales experience with an emphasis on influential leadership and improving productivity, service, and quality in a sales environment.
Working Conditions

This role requires limited travel, including air and car travel. The employee will occasionally be exposed to a warehouse environment.
