Job Title: Commerical Credit Product Manager

At PNC, we are seeking a highly skilled Commerical Credit Product Manager to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking Division, Regional Commerical Underwriting Group. This role is based in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia, and requires a 5-day workweek in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5-6 commercial underwriters and development associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of credit-related products.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other product partners to assess credit needs, generate ideas, and deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' requirements.
  • Responsible for structuring credit transactions within the bank's credit risk appetite, leading team members through internal whiteboarding and diligence sessions to assess viable solutions.
  • Drive the internal credit approval process, loan documentation, and closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio management, client relationships, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience, with a focus on commercial credit and underwriting.
  • 8+ years of complex commercial underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of credit risk management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial data and make informed decisions.
