Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for high school students in the San Marcos area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to high school students
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support students' communication goals
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLPA license
- Previous school experience and IEP exposure is preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
