Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and ensuring that shelves are clean and well-stocked.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
