Position Overview

Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD

We understand that our outstanding professionals are the backbone of our practice. We encourage our clinicians to cultivate a culture grounded in innovation, professionalism, and a healthy work-life balance. We are currently in search of a licensed psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD.

Full-time clinicians have the option to conduct telehealth sessions 1-2 days a week, with additional on-site days required. Evening availability for two nights per week is essential.

Compensation Structure:

  • The salary range for this role is between $119,700 and $179,200 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, licensure, clinical hours, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear Ph.D. or PsyD licensure in the state.
  • Ability to work with diverse clinical presentations.
  • Experience with child and adolescent therapy.
  • Background in couples or family therapy.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of quickly establishing rapport with clients.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of clinical practice.
