Job Title: Contracted Psychiatrist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contracted Psychiatrist to join our team at Blair Family Solutions. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders using a variety of treatments, including psychotherapy and medication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
  • Provide counseling and therapy sessions to patients, either individually or in groups.
  • Review and evaluate treatment procedures and outcomes, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral or professional degree in psychiatry or a related field.
  • Current Practitioner License and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:
