We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. We also prioritize your career development by providing support and resources to help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-C)
Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls)
Ability to stand for 20 minutes
