About This Opportunity

Piedmont Veterinary Clinic is a dynamic and compassionate veterinary practice seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian at Piedmont Veterinary Clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients and their owners, while also developing your clinical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their pets, providing personalized care and attention to their needs.
  • Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and provide preventative care to ensure the health and well-being of our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about their pets' health and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team of veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, attending continuing education courses and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • 1 year of experience as a DVM preferred.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina.
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets.
  • Compassionate team player who can uphold great reputation with clients.
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
