Job Overview

Minuteman Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to lead the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a key member of our Cyber Systems and Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development of operational prototypes that address mission-critical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital systems using Xilinx FPGA tool flow and modern processes and tools for mixed RTL/embedded processor designs.
  • Lead the development of embedded systems using VHDL/Verilog, Python, and C.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital system design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Xilinx FPGA tool flow and modern processes and tools for mixed RTL/embedded processor designs.
  • Experience with Quartus, Matlab HDL Coder, and Simulink.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
