Position Summary:

Peeler Environmental is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative within our administrative team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and support for our clients and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in servicing existing and prospective customer accounts.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, field representatives, and the company.
  • Document all interactions and service details accurately.
  • Acquire knowledge about pest biology and control methods through training.
  • Achieve certification in Structural Pest Control Division phases with ongoing education.
  • Utilize company databases and communication tools to support clients and service teams.
  • Engage with clients both over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Manage account setup, scheduling, invoicing, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with service specialists to maintain service quality.

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability for 40 hours per week during standard office hours, with potential for additional hours for training and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with the public.
  • Strong organizational and technological skills.
