Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing a strategy to modernize and improve analytics and manual reporting used by SFBP leads to inform key business stakeholders.
  2. Driving a more integrated, simplified, and transparent forecast process between SFBP, key business areas, and corporate finance partners.
  3. Streamlining other key continuous improvement efforts, including process mapping, roadmapping, and training.
  4. Influencing key executives and managing change associated with transformation and continuous improvement efforts.

As a leader within the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, driving culture and engagement, and attracting, developing, and retaining talent to champion the SFBP agenda.

  1. 10 years of experience working on the financial aspects of large, sophisticated organizations, with experience in financial services (including permanent insurance).

  3. Proven track record building relationships, influencing, and leading others toward shared goals and objectives.
  4. Demonstrated experience with creative problem-solving.
  5. Ability to convey complex information in readily understandable terms.

Preferred qualifications include:

  2. High level of emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
