Job Summary:

This role is a key finance business partner to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization at Aptiv, a centralized team managing over $11B of spend.

The primary focus is on building strong business partnerships to identify opportunities and diagnose problem areas to unlock business value for Aptiv, driving financial performance by utilizing analytics to enable data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize data inputs and generate actionable insights to influence and drive outcomes that strengthen SCM financial performance
  • Partner with SCM business stakeholders to devise solutions to drive efficiencies and maximize financial performance
  • Manage solution implementation including requirements, feedback, prioritization, deadlines and delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in finance, with exposure to SCM / Operational finance
  • Experience in business partnership and influencing cross-functionally, with exposure to working with executive leadership
