Job Title: Staff Engineer RF Microwave Design

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer RF Microwave Design to join our team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF and microwave systems, including antennas, receivers, and transmitters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet the required specifications and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF and microwave systems, including antennas, receivers, and transmitters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet the required specifications and performance standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our systems meet the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in RF and microwave engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in RF and microwave engineering
  • Proven track record of designing and developing complex RF and microwave systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with antenna design and development
  • Experience with RF and microwave measurement and testing
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) tools and software
