- Facilitate Business Requirement Definition Sessions: Facilitate business requirement definition sessions to build testing strategies and ensure agreement on testing processes between Information Technologies and business users.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis: Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery to determine optimal testing strategies.
- Review and Participate in Test Activities: Review, participate in, and lead test activities on SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with Peers: Collaborate with peers to apply best practices to develop testing scenarios between applications (ERP, BW, BPC, and Non-SAP).
- Perform Data Analysis: Perform data analysis tasks to optimize testing.
- Work with Technology Team: Work with the technology team to analyze and ensure script data is kept current and script errors are promptly followed up by owners.
- Deliver High-Level Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience with managing testing for large SAP initiatives and/or progressive test automation hands-on experience as Analyst and/or Senior Analyst level.
- Experience with HPALM: Experience with HPALM or equivalent test management tool.
- Basic Knowledge of SAP Modules: Basic knowledge of SAP modules and integrations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to Work Off Hours: Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment.

- Experience with SAP S4 HANA: Experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation.
