Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects in the Beaufort, SC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to ensure project success.
  • Supervise construction personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including project status, safety incidents, and quality control issues.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
