Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at McShane Construction Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family, senior living, student housing, and hospitality projects.
  • College education a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and industry trends.
