Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Administrator to join our team at M&T Bank. This role will be responsible for fostering relationships with third-party providers, managing expenses, and ensuring service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Development: Develop and deepen relationships with third-party providers to drive business growth and improve service levels.
  • Expense Management: Oversee and manage expenses incurred by third-party partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Market Analysis: Review new developments on company markets, evaluating potential products and recommending the development of new products or modifications to existing ones.
  • Trend Awareness: Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the bank's products to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Internal Relationships: Identify the need for additional internal relationships and work to develop those relationships as appropriate.
  • Special Projects: Perform special projects or assignments as requested by management to drive business objectives.
  • Business Objectives: Execute tactics to meet business objectives as directed by management.
  • Risk Management: Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates' degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' banking or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or finance or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Experience: Four to five years banking or related experience.
  • Skills: Project or inventory management skills, highly organized with an ability to multi-task, demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Working Model/Office Location

This is a hybrid location requiring 3 days in-office per week. Eligible candidates must live within commuting distance to 345 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203.

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $51, $85,841.35 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
