About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team in the Greater San Diego, CA area. As a key member of our Field Services Team, you will play a vital role in helping us drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff, ensuring the proper application, education, and use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.
  • Manage inventory and participate in required audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Adhere to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds frequently.
